On staff at Raritan Headwaters since 2024, Trudy provides executive and board support, handles administrative processes, and maintains office systems and records. She helps RHA run smoothly so that the dedicated directors, scientists, educators, and program staff can focus on the core mission. A New Jersey transplant originally from Massachusetts, Trudy graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in English literature and has lived in and roamed around the great Garden State ever since. She worked in medical publishing and business consulting before migrating to the nonprofit sector, where she has experience in operations, communications, and development. She is a devotee of gardening, composting, walking, and solving word puzzles.
