Prior to joining the Upper Raritan Watershed Association in 2005, Melissa worked with the Washington State Department of Ecology, Water Resources. She was responsible for the Water Rights Database and Application Systems. Melissa loves looking for ways to understand and present data visually, through GIS or some other fun data visualizations. She’s also manages RHA’s IT needs. Melissa received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Minot State University.
