Becca joined Raritan Headwaters in 2021 as Development Director, transitioning from education development. She served in the Institutional Advancement Office at The Pingry School for five years, and most recently was the Director of Annual Giving at The Kent Place School in Summit, NJ. Becca holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College. A native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Becca cares deeply about environmental education and watershed protection and loves hiking, kayaking, and exploring the waterways of New Jersey. She is excited at the prospect of helping the greater community by supporting the work of RHA.
