Build a rain barrel and learn about rain gardens!  Harvesting rain water in a barrel conserves this precious resource.  Having a rain garden helps to minimize run-off and offers a low maintenance garden!  During this workshop we will discuss the basics of rain gardens and build a rain barrel for you to take home. Those who are interested can create a rain barrel for $50.  To attend the presentation and receive literature but not create a rain barrel, the cost is $8.
