This Mindful Outdoor Experience will integrate breathing techniques and forest bathing to bring awareness to how we walk upon the earth and our relationship to the natural world. You’ll be encouraged to connect with your senses and experience the beauty and wonder around you as we mindfully explore Fairview Farm. Let’s tune in to how our interactions with the land change through Spring!
With no particular agenda, other than to expand our awareness and become a part of the forest community, this program may lower your stress levels, boost your mood and improve your creativity and productivity through the weekend.
Wear appropriate clothing, dress in layers and if possible wear waterproof or water-resistant footwear. Trails and areas around streams can be wet and muddy. This program takes place rain or shine, so please wear a waterproof/resistant outer layer and rain hat.
