IT ONLY TAKES THREE HOURS TO MAKE A BIG IMPACT
Trash and litter along a stream is harmful to wildlife, water quality, and human health. Right here, in our watershed, we cleanup 14 tons of trash and debris each year during our Annual Stream Cleanup. In celebration of Earth Day, join the event to protect rivers and streams that run through your community. It takes over 1,500 volunteers, be one of them!
This volunteer opportunity is perfect for families, scout troops, churches, businesses, civic groups schools, home school groups, environmental commissions and individuals.
TAKE ACTION: JOIN 1,600+ VOLUNTEERS TO CLEAN AND PROTECT OUR STREAMS
Annually, over 1,600 volunteers pick up more than 14 tons of trash at 56 cleanup sites in Central New Jersey, improving 43 miles of rivers and streams! Our volunteers include families, scout troops, businesses, civic groups, schools and environmental commissions.
