Description: Climate change means more rain and extreme weather for New Jersey. This seminar was designed to help decision-makers understand how the increased precipitation is affecting stormwater infrastructure and water quality and the financial cost to municipalites. In addition, information on stricter state limits on stormwater runoff, ways to use green infrastructure to reduce stormwater impacts and the newly passed bill allowing municipal stormwater utilities as sources of funding for improved stormwater infrastructure.
